Hi, I'm Jade!

I work with individuals, families and couples to support them as they navigate life's challenges. My counselling approach is caring, compassionate and always practical.

My clients feel heard and understood as tailor all my sessions to each individual/group and the changing dynamics of their lives. I use a variety of therapeutic and coaching interventions to help clients feel more regulated and more in control with tools that can be applied in every day life.

Career & Training:

My early career was spent in corporate settings as a career coach working across large organisational restructures whilst I did my Bachelor of Counselling. I now work as a counsellor in a private psychology practice on Sydney's North Shore in Turramurra and I am also a Coach and Coach Professional Development Manager for APAC with Ezra Coaching.

I am a qualified counsellor, member of the Australian Counselling Association and Circle of Security Practitioner. I have trained in Family / Couples Therapy and receive ongoing training and supervision across both individual and family/couples therapy to ensure I'm continuously learning and providing my clients with a quality service.

Individual Counselling

I work with all individuals across the lifespan from teens through to older adults. I have experience supporting people through things like:

  • Career stress, anxiety, burnout, job search and career change.

  • School issues like changing friendship groups, stress, anxiety, HSC / study coping skills.

  • Pregnancy loss and anxiety, adjustment to parenthood, parenting stress, burnout and managing the daily juggle.

  • Death, divorce, separation, illness.

Couples Counselling

I have worked with couples and other 1:1 relationships facing many different challenges. Relationship therapy is different to individual therapy as we focus on the process of being heard and solving problems together. Couples Counselling can be beneficial for:

  • Couples or other relationship wanting to improve their communication.

  • Couples or Parent / Adult child wanting to navigate a certain issue.

  • Couples, siblings or other relationships navigating death, divorce, separation, illness together. â€‹â€‹

  • Parents navigating parenting struggles, in-law difficulties, family disputes.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is different to individual therapy as it is focused on the process of all family members having a voice and being heard. Family therapy is particularly helpful for families who want to:  â€‹

  • Improve their communication with each other.

  • Navigate a certain issue or behaviour that is causing stress or pressure on the family.

  • Set up stronger, more helpful behavioural patterns or interactions.

  • Process death, divorce, separation, illness together .
